MIS Data Officer

  • We are seeking to appoint an experienced colleague with significant knowledge of management information systems e.g. SIMS.
  • The person appointed will be able to relate to and work with other people in a highly effective and personable manner whilst also able to work independently to complete significant projects and task.
  • This post within the Trust provides the opportunity for a high quality candidate to help shape the Trust and contribute to its future success.
  • The post is full time and full year though the Directors would consider a term time plus 10-15 days post if this proved more appealing to the successful candidate.

Teacher of English

  • We are seeking to appoint a colleague who is or wants to develop into an outstanding Teacher of English and contribute to the department’s further development.  The successful candidate will need to be able to teach English and English Literature to KS4 level.
  • Our Diocesan Inspection Report (January 2012) graded us as “outstanding” and the Ofsted Report (November 2011) stated, “St Mary’s Catholic College is a good school … Many aspects of the school’s work are outstanding … Teaching overall is good, and inspectors observed some outstanding practice … Inspectors observed students being polite and considerate in classes and around the school … Students make an outstanding contribution to their school and the wider community … The school has invested heavily in leadership training and development at all levels.”
